Using the Lesson as a guide, do one of the following (worth up to 30 points):

* Create one of the pasta recipes listed in this month's lesson, in the HOL Cookbook, or in the HOL Herbology Herbs & Spices Class Cookbook. Discuss your culinary adventures (giving me as much information as you can!) and (if possible) send in a picture of the finished dish.

* Write a story (500 words or more) about a fictional character and how they influenced (for good or ill) the history of pasta.

* Create a picture made from dried pasta (just like we used to do as children). :) Send in a picture of the finished product.
